Rider Requirements - Please ensure all members of your party experienced bicycle riders. We’ll be riding in close proximity to pedestrians so bicycle control is a core safety requirement.
Minimum Age - 21+ (13+ when accompanied by parent)
Maximum Weight - 275 lbs (250 lbs on Mini-Cruisers)
Height Requirement for Beach Cruiser - The Fat Woody Beach Cruiser can sit a little high for shorter riders (5’2” and under). Since this creates a safety issue, we offer ‘mini cruisers’ for our vertically challenged guests.

We’ll get your party scheduled immediately, but you will be required to confirm your reservation prior to the start of the tour. We’ll send you a ‘Please Confirm’ text the day before.
Please note that if we’re unable to contact you to confirm your reservation, your experience may be offered to standby guests.
Coronado Beach Cruiser Experience - Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Guest Cancellation:
Cancel your booking/reservation anytime up to 24 hours before tour start and receive a refund (see notes below).
Guest cancellations are subject to a 3% transaction fee. This is due to credit card processing companies (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) no longer refunding their transaction fees to the small businesses. They keep the 3% fee for your initial charge.
Alternatively, guests have the option to reschedule their experience or request a voucher for future use.
Guest cancellations within 2 hours of the departure time (for any reason) are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This covers our fuel & time we spent transporting the cruisers to the island.
Guests failing to show up for their tour (intentionally or unintentionally) are subject to a ‘no-show’ fee of $50 per rider.
Inclement Weather Cancellation:
We understand it’s no fun to ride in ‘less than desirable’ weather. Our top priority is ensuring a memorable experience. Rain can also be a safety issue. If the weather looks inclement, we reserve the right to cancel the day’s tours and you will receive a 100% refund. We will contact you 2 hours before the tour starts to notify/discuss.
Once a tour starts, there are no refunds due to weather conditions that may pop up. We will seek cover (if available) and continue when it passes.
